Proud Member of the NPHC Charleston Chapter

​The Charleston Chapter of the Pan Hellenic Council, Inc. was founded in 1930 and reorganized in October of 1973. Our ongoing mission of the Charleston Chapter is to create and maintain a unity of purpose, Greek brotherhood, and sisterhood, and to support and sponsor community projects and services that promote youth development and scholarship. The Charleston Chapter is currently comprised of 12 chapters that represent the various Fraternities and Sororities of the Divine 9.

Community service projects of the Charleston Chapter include Adopt-A-Family, nursing home visitations, donating school supplies to local schools, Habitat for Humanity, and making donations to families in need.

Signature programs and other events of the Chapter include Participation in the Black Expo Greek Village, Participation in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade, Golden Voices of Greeks Program, Oratorical Contest, Annual Oyster Roast, Annual Greek Picnic, and the Greek Ball.
